Hello and welcome, my name is Mary.
Inspired through my own learning, I recognise how everything on an energy level is interconnected. Whether it is physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually, our well being is influenced by our energetic environment.
For a number of years I have been sharing this knowledge and experience through meditation and spiritual development classes. These classes are held at the Spirit and Soul Language Learning Centre. This is a safe place where people can come to learn and develop together. Our meditations have a focus on spiritual growth, learning and self-development.
On our spiritual journey of discovery we find ourselves connected with like-minded people. Two people I am fortunate to have crossed paths with through the Learning Centre are Lisa and Mariette.

Through this blog, with the purest intention, I want to share with others what we learn at the Spirit and Soul Language Learning Centre.

So often they are what you need to work through to reach your highest potential.
