The true essence of all beings is ”Light”.

Our meditation classes are about self realisation. Here we provide the tools, support and a structure of how to unveil our true and inner essence.

If you are sitting in this space and are taking in what is shared here, you have made a choice to find your true essence, to remove blocks, fears and old wounds that have held you back from fulfilling your soul purpose. If you feel dysfunctional in either the physical, mental or emotional aspects of your life, there are guaranteed blocks that hinder your personal growth and any form of healing.

Over the past weeks we have explored the basics – the 7 main energy centres, each one relating to different aspects of our being.  If you were truly honest with yourself, you would have noted areas that you see as blocked or dysfunctional.

Self realization is to align with soul purpose – to stand in ones true essence – ultimately the essence of the Light.

You soul has its own team of  soul coaches – Spiritual Guides and Angels – whom are very aware of the soul contract you created prior to incarnation. Kindred Souls play a big part of your Divine plan and have been chosen by you, at the time of that contract and are strategically placed in your life for that reason.

If you have chosen to “Stand in the Light” – to truly find your life purpose, to align vertically with your soul purpose, you are asking to know the truth, know who you are as a soul and discover the details of the plan that you made for your life prior to incarnation.

This means that it is time to work on the healing process, to clear obstacles that would prevent you from fulfilling your soul purpose.  To clear the obstacles, you need to recognise them through meditating and seeking the guidance.

Trust your intuition, we all have it, the sixth sense comes with all your other senses, no different to hearing, smelling, tasting and seeing.  It is likely, as an evolved soul you may have a series of past lives and each would have been brought back within your cellular blueprint that may need to be resolved.  Also, there is the unconscious childhood or ancestral patterns which may be causing the blocks.

If you are struggling to see the obstacles, there is help, whether within our own group or where you feel most comfortable.  A “channelled reading” may be required for you to hear clear messages directly from your Guides.  “Multi dimensional healing” is another way, it allows you to understand the issues, see the connection and therefore remove the blocks.  “Reconnection”  is also about re aligning you with your soul path.

When you know the truths, take responsibility for actions, choices and create new habits. Accept the lessons in this life time. Surrender to the truth, let go of the resistance, and when you do, your own frequency, your personal vibration rises and you will find clarity and completeness in who you are.  Know yourself as whole, resourceful, creative and successful.
Align your inner spiritual life with your outer life, so you become of service to others. You will achieve personal and professional goals quickly when you connect with the wisdom of your Soul.

You will be in the “True essence of the Light”

In this remarkable passage from The Gospel of Thomas, Jesus informs us that our true dignity is in our essence: Light.
Jesus said: “If anyone asks, ‘Where do you come from?’ tell them, “We come from the light, from the place where light comes into being of its own accord.”
If they ask, “Are you that light?” tell them, “We are its children.”
The true essence of all beings is Light: total aware consciousness, unlimited creative energy, full engagement in the unfolding of the maturity and beauty of each one of us.

The Crown Chakra

The Crown Chakra is your connection with Divine Spirit and the gateway in which life force enters your chakra system.   When developed, this chakra is no larger or more radiant than the other six major energy centres.  However, when fully awakened, it is the “mystical centre” and the most magnificent of all the chakras.

The Crown chakra is your energetic link to expressions of reality that lie beyond the dimensions of everyday existence.  As it opens, you become more aware of your multi-dimensional nature.  The more balanced your crown chakra is, the stronger your connection to Divine consciousness.

Symbol: Thousand Petal Lotus
Location: Crown or top of head
Element: Cosmic Energy
Associated Colour: Violet, Gold and White (Most effective when used together)
Key Lesson:  Learning to connect with “all that is”.
Food: Vegetarian diet is best when working with this chakra or fasting.
Consciousness:  As the Root Chakra is our connection to Mother Earth, the Crown Chakra is our relationship with our Father Sky. It also represents our connection with our biological father, which becomes the model for our relationship with authority and ultimately with Source.

Crystals:
Amethyst – Awakens spirituality and wisdom; for extra potency anoint with 1-2 drops of lavender oil; place the stone near the chakra.
Pink Calcite – Acts as a spiritual amplifier; signifies hope.
Citrine – Cheers like a golden ray of hope, anoint with 1 – 2 drops of sandalwood oil to tune into your higher self and attract abundance.

Incense:
Sandalwood – Lifts you to a higher state of consciousness.
Cedar – Brings clarity of mind and lifts the spirits; infuse with 1 drop of sage oil to link the crown and root chakras.
Frankincense resin – Enhances your ability to connect with divinity; has protective properties.  Place on charcoal to burn.

Deficient:  Blocked: (sluggish – not spinning) Constantly exhausted, can’t make decisions, no sense of “belonging”.
Balanced: Magnetic personality, achieves “miracles “ in life, transcendent and at peace with self.
Physical Dysfunctions:  Sensitivity to pollution, chronic exhaustion, epilepsy, Alzheimers, Paralysis, genetic disorders, lupus, multiple sclerosis, sensitivity to light and sound.
Emotional Dysfunctions: Lack of inspiration, confusion, alienation from the Divine, depression, migraine headaches, constant frustrations, psychoses, manic depressive unable to process energy.

Archetypes:
The Egocentric – A common expression is “I made my own luck”. Total focus on the material world and the illusion of their control over it. Egocentrics have no awareness of, nor relationship with, the Divine.  These personalities regard themselves as wholly responsible for all the benefits they accrue in life.  Their psychological well being largely depends on material success since Egocentrics identify themselves solely in terms of what they do, not who they are.  They have no time for anything that can’t be explained logically.  So, self determination and tight control over their own lives make Egocentrics value materialism, only to find, when this is no longer meaningful, that they lack the inner resources to get more from life.
The Guru – accept how little they know and trust that their connection to their Higher Self will always provide the right answer or pathway.  These individuals radiate an inner calm that comes from a total acceptance of who – not what – they truly are.  These are not human beings trying to be Spiritual, but spiritual beings learning vital emotional lessons through temporarily wearing the cloak of humanity.  This archetype in many aspects, hold the key to living successfully on this earth, in the acceptance of personal limitations and the awareness that all things are possible.

The Third Eye

The third eye allows you to tap into the limitless knowledge which you can access directly in order to answer the questions for which you tend to look to others. Be the mentors, gurus, therapists, astrologers or psychics.

It is closely associated with the pineal gland, and is evident in many children where it is clear that their pineal gland functions properly, flowing freely with creativity and psychic abilities. There are many children who can see auras or lights around people and many who can see and communicate with deceased relatives, spirit guides and angels. It is also evident, through lack of use,  the pineal gland begins to calcify due to lack of energy no longer being directly there, reason being that generally society has been literally closed  to intuition and psychic abilities. Today these attitudes have changed.

The perceptions of the third eye are not limited by time or space. The Third Eye sees energy patterns, and it is not limited by distance.

Symbol:
Two petal lotus, wings either side of a circle, within which is a downward pointed triangle.  The petals are like our two eyes each side of the Third Eye.  The two sides of the brain working in harmony; or wings transcending physical limitations; and the worlds of reality. Often with the “OM” symbol in middle.

Colour:
Indigo

Location
:  Known to be between the normal eyes above the bridge of your nose.  In actual fact the third eye is an area that goes from the tip of your nose to the top of your forehead and deep inside your brain in alignment with your pineal gland.  It has many components, including an area near the back of your sinuses that responds to emotional energy.

 Archetypes:
Dysfunctional:  Rationalist
This person has left brain dominance, very hard on others and themselves in which they can’t accept failing.  They can only take a scientific view on everything.
Functional – Psychic
It is not just people working on a psychic professional level, its everyone that trusts that the answers to life’s challenges lie within themselves.

QUESTIONS: How much silence is there in your life for the whispers of intuition to be heard?  Spend more time in silence, focus on something beautiful and be still and silent.

When did you last act on intuition?  Go with any compelling thoughts – without rationalizing. Be alert to coincidences and experience that may contain messages.

Do you truly see what is around you?  Exercise your physical perception by being alert to details such as shapes and colours.

Do you look outside yourself for answers?  List personal queries such as why a certain person has come into your life.  Note insights in the forms of images, colours, works or phrases.
